1. ASK: Alumni Sharing Knowledge Network: Developing a network to provide career mentoring services to current students and recent alumni.
Act as a Career Mentor: Connect with both Prescott College alumni and Prescott College students in order to answer career-related questions and share career information. Career Mentors will be asked to submit career profiles which will be posted on a secure website. PC students and alumni will be reviewed for eligibility based upon their interest in exploring careers for their program of study and/or exploring careers in other areas. (Note: Current students must be enrolled part or full time. Prospective students are not eligible.)
Participate in Career Seminars: The goal of alumni-student career seminars is to introduce graduating students to the widest range of career possibilities and information. Alumni return to campus to share their successes in the working world as well as round out the student’s academic experience with “real world” advice and direction. Career seminars focus on preparing students with realistic ideas of what, where, and how they can use their unique PC background.
2. Alumni Writer’s Club Network: Re-connecting alumni and current students, faculty and staff through submissions to local papers and newsletters.
Alumni Blog:
Assist current and prospective students with information about possible careers options by contributing to a quarterly blog feed which will be posted to the PC website.
The Raven Review:
Submit articles and connect with current Prescott College students by sharing life experiences.
Ecos e Newsletter:
Share a connection to other Prescott College alumni by contributing to the alumni newsletter, Ecos.
3. Alumni Legacy Project Network: Supporting efforts to create a bright legacy for Prescott College in the form of scholarships, innovative academic programs, and facilities.
4. Alumni Wilderness Orientation Network: Put yourself on the list to lead an orientation group. Wilderness First Responder Certificate and proof of successful outdoor leadership are required.
5. Alumni Recruitment Network: Connect with your fellow alumni and assist ADGP & RDP Admissions by joining the Alumni Recruitment Network! The premise of the Alumni Recruitment Network is based on the idea that individuals who already have a relationship with Prescott College are best qualified to serve as representatives for the College within their own communities.
